Full Stack Developer (Laravel + React) – Remote (Evening Shift, Pakistan Time)

Type: Full-Time, Remote
Work Hours: 4:00 PM – 01:00 AM (Pakistan Time), Wednesday to Sunday
Salary: PKR 140,000 – 200,000/month, based on experience

We provide a powerful, all-in-one platform for venue management, including online ticketing, birthday party bookings, POS, and website hosting. Our product is already running smoothly for several active locations, and we’re now launching Version 2 with expanded flexibility to scale into new markets.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring a passionate, experienced Full Stack Developer who is confident in both backend and frontend development. You'll be working closely with the founding team to shape and scale our core platform.

Tech Stack

Candidates must have hands-on experience with the following core technologies:

Backend: Laravel (PHP) experience with similar frameworks is a plus, but Laravel is required for daily work.
Frontend: ReactJS
Database: MySQL or any relational database
APIs: Good knowledge of RESTful API design

Experience with the following is a strong plus:

Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) or similar cloud experience
Tools & DevOps: GitHub, REST APIs, basic understanding of DevOps practices
Optimize performance for high-traffic customer websites

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain scalable Laravel APIs and React interfaces
Optimize performance for high-traffic customer websites
Help implement and manage AWS infrastructure
Collaborate with existing team members and contribute to technical planning
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
Help troubleshoot issues and deploy fixes quickly

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience with Laravel and React
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Available to work remotely in the evening (Pakistan time)

Nice to Have:

Experience in SaaS product development
UI/UX experience with Bootstrap or similar
Familiarity with multi-tenant architecture
Experience in ticketing or booking platforms
